Melody wrinkled her nose “That far up, hmm? Well…how many floors are there in this place, anyway? I know they mentioned it to me…

“Pretty much the same for me, except I’ve been to the pool too,” she said with a chuckle. “I’ve been a bit antisocial since I’ve gotten here.”

Anthony smirked. “I’ve been here longer than you and I’m antisocial! I’ve only met Ava…” He began to wonder where Ava was. But, shrug it off and grinned. “And, my siblings.”

Melody wrinkled her nose “That far up, hmm? Well…how many floors are there in this place, anyway? I know they mentioned it to me when I got here but I forgot…” Another thing she wasn’t good at was remembering little details like that.

Anthony…

“Try and find something to read. Not that I need something to occupy myself. I can find trouble if I look for it,” she joked, a light laugh spilling from her lips.

Anthony laughed. “I have never been to the library before. But, it’s strange I know where it is.” They were on the middle of the staircase when he said. “Come to think of it. I’ve only been in the pond, dining room and my room.”

Anthony wrinkled his nose as well, then winced with a nod. “Yup!” Counting on his free hand, he looked at the ceiling then back at her. “In all, this place has eight floor in total.”

“Ick. That’s a lot of walking,” she said with a sigh. “I can’t believe how big this place is… No wonder I get lost all of the time, not that I’d have trouble doing that, even if it was small.”

Anthony chuckled. “That’s why we’re taking it slow.” He reached the last step of the first floor. “Seven more to go!” He smirked and began on the first step leading to the second floor. “So, what are you going to do in the library?”

Melody wrinkled her nose “That far up, hmm? Well…how many floors are there in this place, anyway? I know they mentioned it to me when I got here but I forgot…” Another thing she wasn’t good at was remembering little details like that.

She giggled and took his arm, smiling a bit brighter. “I was actually looking for the library but I’m awful with directions, if I’m being honest… You can help me, though, I’m sure.” She elbowed him playfully in the ribs, a teasing smile on her lips.

Anthony laughed as she took his arm and began to walk. “The library. It’s on the top floor.” Wincing slightly, he looked at her. “You’ll be sweating by the time you get there.” The blonde boy chuckled and began to take the first step of the staircase. “We’ll take it slow, then.”

Going the Distance: @Melody

Melody roamed the hallways, still trying to fond her way around after being there for almost a month already. She played with her hair as he did so, softly humming to herself and chewing on her lip. Where was the library again? She heard her name being called and she looked in the direction from…

She giggled as he hugged her back before pulling away and smiling softly at him, running her fingers through her long, dark hair. “I’m fine. A little lost, but fine,” she said with a chuckle. “I’ve been roaming around for about an hour now.”

Anthony laughed as she giggled and couldn’t help but smirk a bit. “Oh, lost?” He crossed his arms and chuckle. “Hmm…Well, think of me as your tour guide. Where would you like to go?” He asked as he uncrossed his arms and held out his arm for her to take.

Melody roamed the hallways, still trying to fond her way around after being there for almost a month already. She played with her hair as he did so, softly humming to herself and chewing on her lip. Where was the library again? She heard her name being called and she looked in the direction from where is had come from, a bit surprised. She smiled, though, once she saw Anthony and walked over to him, wrapping her arms around him. “Hey there. How’re you?”

Anthony chuckled as she wrapped his arms around him and spun her side to side a bit jokingly until he let her go. “Hey!” He smiled at her. He pointed to the dining room. “Came back from eating. I’m alright! Never mind that! How are you, Melly Belly?” He opened his eyes a bit more while asking her. The grin still on his face.

@Melody

After his last hangout with Melody, Anthony has gone out a lot more. It was just to socialize with people here and there. Mostly, it was because he dragged himself out of his room. Coming back from the pond, he walked into the castle hands in his pockets. About to take the first step of the staircase, he spotted a figure at the end of the hall. Anthony took his foot off the staircase and walked towards the figure with a grin on his face as the figure became closer. Arms open, he yelled. “Melody!”

Anthony smiled at her.  “I promise.” He nodded, then smirked. “How do you know I don’t want to? As you said, I’m easily amazed!” Hs crossed his arms, the smirk still on his face.

She wrinkled her nose. “Trust me, it’s boring and awful and…blah. Just…no.” She chuckled and ran her fingers through her hair. “And good. I can’t wait,” she said, with a wink.

Anthony chuckled and raised an eyebrow. “But, new places are fun…for a while. It must be pretty boring, huh?” he winked back at her. “You’ll love it there. It’s huge, easy to get lost into.”
